You’ve asked for it, we are listening! Coming soon to Latitude, you will be able to easily manage, label, and review all of your content in a single tab. Want to see what you posted previously? Wish you could ‘bucket’ all of your posts on a certain topic? Have too many drafts that you want to easily delete as a batch? Soon you will be able to exactly this!
This feature is planned for mid-August 2026

The new Content Manager will give users a centralized place to view, organize, search, edit, and manage every post they create in Latitude.
Content will be organized into four primary folders:
Unscheduled: Draft content that has not yet been added to the publishing calendar.
Scheduled: Posts that are currently scheduled for publication.
Published: Content that has already been published to LinkedIn.
Deleted: Posts deleted by the user, which will remain recoverable for 30 days before being permanently removed. Users may also manually empty the Deleted folder at any time.
Users will be able to search across their entire content library or limit their search to a specific folder. They can assign custom labels to individual posts and filter their content using those labels, making it easier to organize posts by topic, campaign, audience, client, or any other preferred category.
To make managing larger content libraries more efficient, users will also be able to select multiple posts at once and apply labels or delete the selected posts in bulk.
Selecting an individual post will open it in a pop-out editor, allowing the user to review and update the content without leaving the Content Manager. Posts can be easily moved between applicable folders, although content cannot be manually moved into the Published folder unless it has actually been published to LinkedIn.
From the Published folder, users will be able to review past content, republish an existing post, or edit the post before publishing it again.
The Content Manager will make Latitude a more complete content workspace by giving users the tools they need to organize, maintain, reuse, and manage their content throughout its entire lifecycle.
